Profile:

Bernice Asuquo - Holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology.  She is a member of the Association of Certified Examiners

Prior to her appointment, she has worked with Wealthtech Limited, Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited, House of Tara International Limited, Eshcol Consulting Limited, Samuelson Management Limited and Iduna Specialist Hospital.  

Anne Morolayo Owoputi - Holds a Masters?degree in Economic Governance and Development Management from the University of Girmingham, Birmingham, UK.  She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate Chartered Certified Accountant, Certified Cyber Professional and Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional.

Prior to her appointment, she has worked with Sankore Global Investments Limited, Leadway Associates Limited, Webb Fontaine Nigeria Limited, Aim Group Limited and PWC Lagos. 

Segilade Ademoroti - Holds a Masters?degree in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, United Kingdom.  

Prior to her appointment, she has worked with Sankore Global Investments Limited, Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, Stanbic Pension Managers Limited, AIICO Insurance Plc., Origen Financial Services Limited (England), Hewitt Associates (England).

Any objection to the appointment of Mrs. Bernice Asuquo, Mrs. Anne Morolayo Owoputi and Mrs. Segilade Ademoroti as Non-Executive Directors on the board of Sankore Securities Limited should be forwarded to The Exchange within seven (7) days of this publication.
